Hi Jay,
Thanks for your help last week. Traveler's has been great to work with.
They issued a claim right away and are very efficient. The adjuster came by Monday and yesterday I dropped off my car for repair. So far the process has been very smooth. The body shop arranged for a Hertz rental car and I'll pick up my car next week.

Steve, I wanted you to know how well Mercury handled my recent claim. They were efficient, returned calls quickly and really could not have been any better.
The adjuster, Sean Bowley, not only did his job well but was kind and very helpful in the process. I have to say he is a real credit to Mercury and certainly has to be one of their outstanding employees. I feel confident having Mercury as my insurance carrier for both my home & car. Thank you.
